● A Certified Scrum Master with a strong background as a Technical Program Manager.
● The individual specializes in coordinating business and IT teams to drive strategic initiatives and is skilled in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
● Has a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams to achieve significant business goals.
● Excels at collaborating with leadership to optimize processes and deliver key projects. For example, guided critical projects in collaboration with CTOs and VPEs, and worked closely with a CEO and Head of Media to implement new media initiatives.
● Highly proficient in using project management tools to create alignment across organizations. This included creating a single source of truth for documents and projects, and facilitating communication and operational continuity during a major company merger.
● The candidate's experience includes implementing Scrum and Agile best practices and establishing standardized SDLC processes.
● Led cross-functional meetings to identify and mitigate critical project risks early in the project lifecycle.
● A history of creating and implementing solutions that result in significant business optimizations and cost savings. Examples include pioneering a new product, orchestrating data center migrations, and creating an internal video-on-demand platform.
